Background:Peptic ulcer disease (PUD) is a common of the gastrointestinal tract characterized by mucosal damage due to secretion pepsin and gastric acid. The current study aimed determine prevalence causes recurrent peptic ulcer. Methods:The adopted an exploratory design in order for individuals predict outcome. participants were belonging age group 18-75. This chosen as major influence observed within this group.For study, questionnaire was data collection, which also categorized tool. Results:Study included 589 participants. It noticed that most (n= 530, 90.1%) strongly agree they visit doctor periodically check on their health. Previous item has highest rank followed follow smoking lifestyle 526, 89.4%). On other hand, least disagreed suffered from soreness or bleeding stomach 249, 42.4%). gives 42.4% among Conclusion:Peptic illness burdens health care systems, urge adequate treatment limit recurrence effects. H. pylori, smoking, aspirin usage are risk factors 5-year recurrence. Long-term PUD hazards include aspirin. Avoiding reduced rate pylori eradication, acid suppression medication, surgery. shows how eliminating may enhance long-term performance. Proper requires multicenter research prevent repercussions.
